Important Program Update: Waitlist Now in Effect for 2025

Thanks to strong interest in the Commercial & Industrial and Small Business Energy Efficiency Programs, 2025 participation has been exceptional. As of October 10, 2025, all new lighting, natural gas, and new construction incentive applications will be put on a waitlist.

How applications will be prioritized

Projects will be processed in the following order:

1. Pre-Approved Projects with Signed Reservation Letters (within 90 days)
2. Final Applications (no reservation) – Processed on a first-come, first-served basis

While every effort will be made to honor submitted applications, we cannot guarantee funding at this time.

What waitlisting means

• You will be notified by our team that your project has moved to waitlist status.
• Waitlisted projects will move forward in order of the established hierarchy and submission date as capacity allows.

2025 cutoff reminder

• Lighting, gas, and new construction projects must be completed and submitted in 2025. These measures will not be available in 2026.
• Other eligible projects may still be submitted and will be considered for the 2026 program year.
