Thanks to strong interest in the Commercial & Industrial and Small Business Energy Efficiency Programs, 2025 participation has been exceptional. As of **October 10, 2025**, all new lighting, natural gas, and new construction incentive applications will be put on a waitlist.

**How applications will be prioritized**

Projects will be processed in the following order:

1. **Pre-Approved Projects with Signed Reservation Letters** (within 90 days)
2. **Final Applications (no reservation)** – Processed on a first-come, first-served basis

While every effort will be made to honor submitted applications, we cannot guarantee funding at this time.

**What waitlisting means**

- You will be notified by our team that your project has moved to waitlist status.
- Waitlisted projects will move forward in order of the established hierarchy and submission date as capacity allows.

**2025 cutoff reminder**

- **Lighting, gas, and new construction projects** must be completed and submitted in 2025. These measures will not be available in 2026.
- **Other eligible projects** may still be submitted and will be considered for the 2026 program year.
